How it Began

Twenty-five years ago, Greek olive oil was virtually an unknown product in the United States. Fotis D. Georgatsos had a brother in the region of Mani, who produced a high quality Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Fotis brought some to the US and gave it to friends as gifts. They were so impressed with its delicate flavor and aroma that they convinced him to import it for sale. In 1976, Fotis introduced the oil to America as Olga Brand and Fotis and Son Imports began business.
