Shipping Method:
Shipping available to US addresses only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We ship UPS for non-perishables to 48 states and via air to Hawaii and Alaska. All perishables will be shipped via next day air service for an extra charge and will be shipped separately from any non-perishable items. Orders usually received within 2-3 business days from time of order. Order processing time depends on credit card authorization and does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charge are calculated as items are added to your shopping cart.

Special Requirements for Wine Orders:
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine from this website. By placing an order, you are certifying that you are 21 years of age or older. All deliveries must be received by, and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. Greekfoodandwine.com will not ship wine to PO Box addresses, or with any instructions that will not allow a signature to be obtained. If order is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age, Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Legal Notification regarding wine shipment:
All wines are sold in California and the title passes to the buyer in California. Greekfoodandwine.com makes no representations concerning legal rights of any person or company to ship or import wines into any state or any country. We may not be able to ship wine to certain states or countries. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. When placing an order, you are authorizing greekfoodandwine.com to act on your behalf to engage in a common carrier to deliver items in your order.

Bottle limits and availability:
Please note that wines are sold as what is currently available in regards to vintages offered. If inquiring about a certain vintage please contact us directly.

In some cases state law regulates product availability and/or wine purchase limitations. Working within state and local laws may prevent our ability to fulfill order requests.

Returns:
Greekfoodandwine.com guarantees the quality of all our products. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with our order, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Damaged products:
If your items were damaged in shipment please notify us within 72 hours so that we may file a claim and reship your order if needed.

Out of Stock Items:
We continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability although, there will be times that an item may be out of stock. It this occurs, we would be happy to suggest comparable solutions via email before shipping and wait for your confirmation. If you decide against a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
